Lesbianism is (and has been) alive and well in the Arab world - a fact the article strains to deny:
"Dr Mouza Ghubash, an Emirati sociologist, told Gulf News: "This song reflects the kind of relationship and behaviour that is common in Western societies and that can also be found as a new phenomenon in Arab culture."
"New phenomenon"? Dream on, scapegoaters.
